3) Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take up to 10–13 days for delivery.

4) Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹499 or ₹999 – based on your pricing strategy).

  • For orders below this value, standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5) International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping rates and delivery time will vary based on location and package weight.

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

6) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track the status of your shipment directly from the courier’s website or our order tracking page.

7) Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors after dispatch, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or natural events.

8) Damaged or Missing Items

Return & Exchange Policy

At Live Life Naturals, your satisfaction is our top priority. All our products are made with care using natural, handmade, and chemical-free ingredients. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1) Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for return/exchange. Items on sale or purchased with discount codes are non-returnable.

  • Return is only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2) Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used soaps, shampoos, hair oils, and other personal care products

  • Custom orders or made-to-order gift sets

  • Food products such as honey, ketchup, and masala powders unless received damaged or expired

3) Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:
